BIG PINE GUN CLUB |
The purpose of the Big Pine Gun Club Youth Foundation is to encourage organized shooting among the youth of our community with a view toward safe handling and proper care of firearms as well as improved marksmanship. The Youth Foundation promotes good sportsmanship through the development of honesty, self-disipline, good fellowship, team play, and self-reliance. We also hope to promote awareness and understanding of the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. ************************************ Adopted on December 15, 1791, as part of the Bill of rights, the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America reads: "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." |
